For these digital collages, I was first and foremost inspired by the beautiful characters in the photos, which come from several different ethnic backgrounds. They have inspired me to take them out of their regular context and create a contemporary and spiritual meaning to their existence by using natural elements from this earth and beyond. I hope to invoke a sense of connection with the self and with nature. Whilst at the same time, light a fire for inner growth and awakening, which serves as the catalyst for birthing a new earth. A new earth that is needed and inevitable. A new earth, that we as a collective can create when we see and feel it, within first.
